These very modern apartments are fully equipped and located to the East of the city. With easy access by public transport to all of Dublin's main attractions, if you are visiting for either business or pleasure they are the perfect choice for your stay.
The apartments are very bright and airy and are extremely comfortably furnished, providing a perfect base from which to explore the city. They consist of a spacious living & dining area, open-plan kitchen, two separate double bedrooms and two private bathrooms (one-en-suite).
The living area has comfortable sofas, coffee table, reading lamps, dining table and chairs ,TV & CD player and direct dial telephone. High speed wireless internet and an extra bed for a fifth guest can also be provided for a small supplementary charge.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your personal use.
The bedrooms have a double bed and two twin beds which can be made into a double bed on request, bedside tables, reading lamps and wardrobes offering ample storage space.
The two bathrooms are modern and fully tiled with bath/shower, toilet, hand basin and towel rail. A hairdryer is also provided.
Please note that not all apartments in this building have balconies.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- High speed internet access can be provided on request at a cost of EUR 15 per day or EUR 45 per week.
- A temporary bed may be provided on request at an additional charge of EUR 25 per night.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you may be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover the balance plus any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel you must provide written notification of cancellation, at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid further cancellation charges. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date there will be a further charge equal to the first night's rental. No Shows will be charged for the full rental amount.
- Please note that all enquiries for peak periods such as St Patrick's, New Year and Rugby weekends will be handled on a request basis only. Rates may vary subject to availability.
