This lovely accommodation is located on the North side of the River Liffey, close to the National Museum and approximately 10-15 minutes walk from Temple Bar.
These great two bedroom apartments are very comfortably furnished and provide the perfect base from which to explore the city. They consist of a spacious living / dining area with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and private bathroom.
The living area has sofas and armchairs, coffee table, reading lamp, dining table and chairs and a TV & DVD player. Complimentary high speed internet is also provided. An extra bed or futon couch can accommodate for an extra guest..
The modern kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.
The bedrooms have a double and two single beds (which can be made into a double bed on request), bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with shower toilet, hand basin and towel rail. A hairdryer is also provided.
Please note that not all the apartments in this building have balconies.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels, on arrival you may be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover the balance plus any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel you must provide written notification of cancellation, at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid further cancellation charges. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date there will be a further charge equal to the first night's rental.
- There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement for Rugby weekends and St. Patricks Day. Also please note that all enquiries for peak periods such as St Patrick's, New Year and Rugby weekends will be handled on a request basis only. Rates may vary subject to availability.
